On beauty routines how much we sleep counts too. I bring this issue to the table because all of a sudden I stopped sleeping 8 hours in a row. Yes, lucky girl, I slept a lot. Despite having a full eight hours, I woke up tired, with no energy, bad mood, and my face didn't look healthy. I tried many things until my mom recommends me to buy fresh lavender to make my own and natural remedy. I let it try, put it in a baggy made of fabric and set it under my pillow.
When we sleep, we relatively inhibited sensory activity. I have to say that it’s amazing how while I was sleeping I could feel my deep breath and how much I was enjoying the smell of the lavender. My sense was very active by the way, and I can tell you I woke up with a peaceful state of mind. My "purple" obsession was a little bit exaggerated, and I started to buy homemade lavender soaps, and I even began to bake almond cookies with dry lavender.
